Citrus Salt

This is the “C”. Lemon, lime and orange juice and other extracts are blended with kosher salt. During the slow-roasting process, the salt melts and reforms around the juice extracts. It is a perfect complement to any seafood or vegetables, and great with light meats: chicken, rabbit, duck, fowl, goat or mutton. Perfect for ceviche! Try it too with a Bloody Mary, or with a Tequila, or rim the glass of a Caipirinha…!
